Standard Orders: Please allow 3-5 business days transit time for all United States orders. For US Territories, please allow 6-10 days. For orders to Canada, please allow 6-10 days.
Expedited Orders: Expedited orders ship the same business day if placed by 12 PM ET, otherwise, these orders will ship the following business day. Expedited Shipping options are only available within the United States.
Shipping Rates: Free Standard shipping on all orders of $37+ for U.S. states only. Order subtotal must be $37 or more, subtotal does not include taxes and will be calculated after all promotion codes or other discounts have been applied. Restrictions apply, offer may end at Saunna Tea's discretion.
Currently we are offering both US domestic and international shipping. Order processing time is between 24-48 hours. We are based in Massachusetts and currently using USPS.

For US standard orders, depending on which shipping option you choose at checkout, your package will take anywhere between 3-8 days to arrive from the time we ship.
For US express orders, Next Day and 2nd Day Air orders ship the same business day if placed by 12 PM ET, otherwise, these orders will ship the following business day. Express Shipping options are only available within the United States.
For international orders, depending on which shipping option you choose at checkout, your package will take anywhere between 4 days - 3 weeks to arrive from the time we ship. Please note we are not responsible for any customs charges that may be incurred.

Sample Box Shipping Policy:
Sample boxes will be shipped using our regular shipping times that’s noted in our shipping policy unless you selected otherwise at checkout. Gift orders shipping questions please reach out to us immediately at sales@saunnatea.com If we don’t hear from you within 24 hours of your order it will be processed based on your original shipping details on your order.
Fruit Blend Order Shipping Policy:
Our fruit blends are made with real organic fruit which undergoes a dehydration process before the blend is made to ship. The dehydration process can take up to 24-72 hours. All fruit blends are made fresh to order! Meaning the blend is not prepared until the fruit is completely dehydrated. Please keep this in mind when you are waiting for your order to be fulfilled and shipped.
